StepMelon is a step tracking app that takes a refreshingly balanced approach to fitness. It runs natively on Apple Watch (watchOS 10+), iPhone (iOS 15+), Android phones (Android 8+), and Wear OS smartwatches (Wear OS 5+).

## What StepMelon Does

StepMelon counts your daily steps and lets you set three customizable goals: a minimum (baseline movement), a target (daily standard), and a stretch (challenge level). It includes built-in rest days (2 per week) that preserve your streak, so you can take a break without losing progress.

The app tracks steps, walking distance, and floors climbed. It features streaks, 16 achievement badges, daily challenges, pace notifications, smart insights and predictions, social sharing cards, and data export (CSV/JSON).

## Privacy

StepMelon processes all data on-device. On Apple, optional iCloud sync uses the user's personal account — never third-party servers. On Android, all data stays local. No personal information is collected, transmitted, or stored externally.
