Delete your StepMelon account
You can permanently delete your account without contacting us:
- Open StepMelon on your iPhone or Android phone.
- Open Social, then Profile.
- Choose Edit Profile, then Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm.
What deletion removes
Deletion revokes StepMelon access tokens and removes the account, profile and profile photo, stored contact hashes, invitations and referrals, friendships, group memberships, social progress, and other account-linked records covered by database deletion rules. Local app data remains on each device until you clear storage or uninstall StepMelon. Apple or Google retain purchase records under their own requirements. Minimal moderation or security audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations; those records are designed not to contain your profile text or photo content.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@stepmelon.app from the email connected to the account. If you used a phone number, include the number with country code and do not send passwords, one-time codes, or identity documents unless support specifically explains a secure verification method. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days.
